Area teens, ages 14-19, will greatly benefit from attending the Annual Where U At? Youth Conference.  It is an affordable, faith-packed weekend where youth get to know themselves, one another and God.

Below you will find the helpful documents and information to assist you and your teens in making a presentation to their church and enlisting the support of your church family.

  • Transportation – Who’s going to drive?

    • If your group is 50 or less, you can take church vans or have chaperones volunteer to drive their cars. If your group is larger, you may want to charter a bus. You may consider partnering with another church and splitting the cost.

    • Pilgrim Rest Church is chartering a bus and you can contact Ms. V (veruynca62@att.net ) to see if there’s room for your group to join on the bus!

    • If your group is driving, be sure to budget gas per vehicle, and share the address to Timerwolf  Lodge Young Life Camp nd a directory of everyone’s cellphone number for each driver. By the way, your chaperones can volunteer to serve at the event.

  • What does the cost include?

    1. Lodging - includes bedding and towels - (find out what Timberwolf provides).

    2. Meals - All meals on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday

  • What can I expect from Lodging?

    1. Timber Wolf Lake delivers a premier camp experience—luxury lodging mixed with thrilling activities and warm community spaces. It’s comfy, engaging, and intentional. Timber Wolf Lake is set up to feel more like a retreat center than a rustic camp. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The dorm rooms include 6–7 bunk beds that sleep 12–14 people, private bathrooms, central heating and air, lobbies for hanging out, and front porches for relaxed evenings. Campers say that the facilities feel immaculate—beds are pre-made, cabins are heated and air-conditioned, and everything is just beautiful from the moment you step off the bus.
