  • Emcee:  We are looking for a dynamic emcee who is a teen/young adult.  We have an adult who is on deck if we can’t find a teen, but we’d really like to have the stage led by young people.  Is there a young person in your group who would be perfect? Let the Planning Team know!

  • Specials (Guests, Performances, etc) – We are looking for young people to share their talent and gifts during time we are allotting during the general session.  Please help us get the word out so that we can ensure as many kids are aware of the opportunity as possible. Do you have youth who are: Praise Dancers, Performers, Musicians, Graphic Artists, Spoken Word Artists, Any other talent?

  • Worship Team: Youth Vocalists and Musicians are needed to serve on the worship team. Let us know who your youth are and we will help them get involved!

  • Drama Team: Is there a person in your ministry who has the gift of writing short plays? We are looking for a ministry to bring our theme to life.

  • DJ - We are a looking for a DJ to provide music at General Sessions, Meal Times and the Saturday Night Afterglow. This person might be a youth or an adult.

How Can Adults Be Involved in Where U AT?

  • Workshop Leaders: We need incredible adults who can lead a workshop on relevant topics that help unpack how faith and life intersect. This workshop will run twice, one before and one after lunch. We welcome youth leaders who are in attendance or folks willing to come up for the afternoon to share their gift.

  • Prayer Team: Would your your church be willing to cover the conference in prayer while the youth are at camp? Our prayer team can send morning updates and we would value your prayers. Also, if  you have leaders who would be willing to serve at the altar or help provide spiritual direction, they would be welcomed.

  • Security Team: We are looking for 8 adults who would be willing to serve as security during a variety of shifts that work for them.  We prefer to have people who are already planning to come from our ministries so that we can keep costs low.

  • Program Planning Team: Help to plan the details of the weekend such as General Session, Freetime Options,  Afterglow, and more!

Registered Nurse or Doctor: Each year, we need a medical professional, either a Registered Nurse or a Medical Doctor to serve at camp for the weekend to help us address any medical needs that our campers or leaders have.

Community Life Coordinator: Do you have the gift of hospitality? We are looking for someone who can help us to be intentional about building community throughout the weekend through visuals and intentional engagement opportunities.
