Dr. Shaquille "Shaq" Anthony is a visionary leader, speaker, author, millennial leader, and creative from Muskegon Heights, Michigan, whose life and work are rooted in a passion for leadership, training, and development. Professionally, Dr. Shaq serves as Chief Culture Officer of S Anthony Solutions and Lead Organizational Development Specialist at Corewell Health, where he leads culture strategy and focuses on building healthy, inclusive, and innovative environments for every team member to thrive. His proven track record spans transformational programming, community engagement, and organizational development.

In ministry, Dr. Shaq is known for his authenticity, wisdom, and innovative approach to discipleship and leadership. An accomplished musician and worship creative, he has traveled and ministered alongside Grammy and Stellar Award-winning artists including Travis Greene, Marvin Sapp, Le'Andria Johnson, and Zacardi Cortez. He is also the author of Purposefully Afflicted, a powerful reflection on faith, perseverance, and purpose through adversity.
